Approaching confrontation tactfully clears the path to open communication and mutual understanding. This workshop focuses on the skill of addressing others constructively, exploring different conflict styles, and clearly expressing personal wishes. Participants learn how to handle challenging workplace confrontations productively instead of avoiding them or steamrolling colleagues.
