Make and box up two classic tiramisus with Alexandra
A group of twelve participants works through the traditional recipe for tiramisu, layering and tasting as you build the dessert from scratch. Chef Alexandra teaches the technique, then you pack two finished portions to take home. The workshop combines learning with immediate hands-on practice and the pleasure of eating what you have made.
