Monday Sound Sessions: bowls, gong and chimes
Lie back on a mat through intuitive acoustic percussion and voice, ending with hot tea and quiet conversation. The sound bath uses Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes and vocals to create a calming experience. Movement and rest frame the experience in a small group.
