Try out rowing on the water with De Amstel
Rowing trial sessions take participants from the rowing machine to a basic course at rowing and sailing club De Amstel. The club brings 150 years of experience to this sport, which people can practice up to the age of 90. Because the water supports the body, rowers use almost all their muscles without having to suffer injuries.
