Field recordings and sound art in All That Remains
Field recordings gathered from the sites of demolished Palestinian villages form the basis of this sound art listening session with artist and filmmaker Inas Halabi. Presented to conclude The Nature of Remembering, the audio explores areas where non-native pine trees were planted to create Israeli national parks and reserves. These soundscapes feature as part of ongoing research and a film in production that examines native plants and collective harvest rituals tied to the land.
