Decoden is a Japanese craft where you cover objects with fake whipped cream and kawaii charms to make them look like miniature cakes. Amsterdam’s first-ever Decoden workshop runs monthly at the OBA CC Amstel library — choose from mirrors, photo frames, or phone cases. All materials included; takes 2–3 hours.
