The team behind Jondani opens a second Rotate near Leidseplein, after the original on Beethovenstraat. The kitchen combines French technique with refined Asian influences in shared dishes, served around an open kitchen and chef's table. Later in the evening the bar takes over, with wine, sake, cocktails and music.
