Chef Nicolas Aquaa and Bunmi Okolosi run this modern West African restaurant, which is at Prinsengracht 955 for the coming months. The cooking draws on Ghana, Nigeria and Senegal, and there are cocktails and a strong wine list to go with it. The team is also preparing a permanent home in Zuidoost.
