Founded in Thailand by university friends in love with ’60s and ’70s Western psychedelia, Khana Bierbood discovered their sound also echoed traditional Thai funk, Luk Tung, and Molam styles — blending them into a uniquely contemporary Thai pop. Their second album was recorded with Kikagaku Moyo’s Go. A genuinely distinctive world-music night at Paradiso’s Upstairs Room. Tickets from €17 (members).
