Hotel Okura has turned the waterside terrace of its Serre restaurant into a cocktail pop-up based on omakase, the Japanese practice of leaving the choices to your host. For 60 euros you get four half-sized seasonal cocktails from the bartenders of Serre and Twenty Third Bar. Each comes with a small matching bite from chef de cuisine Jos van der Noll. It is billed as the first cocktail omakase in Amsterdam.
