This wine bar and brasserie on the Falckstraat opened in September and is styled after a Parisian brasserie of the last century. The cellar holds more than 500 wines, many of them Italian, and everything on the plate is made in-house from fresh, seasonal produce, including meat from Slagerij Louwman and fish smoked in Urk. There are no reservations, and there is a terrace.
