A German bistro on the Singel where chef Luke de Jong cooks a modern take on new German cuisine, from schweinshaxe, spätzle, pretzels and bratwurst to spaghetti ice cream. There are also oysters from the German Wadden islands and vegetarian dishes. The wine list centres on German bottles, many poured by the glass, with top European wines above 75 euros. Closed on Tuesdays.
