Atlantis 2.0 club night at Pre-Reserved

This sensory dinner explores rising sea levels and human reliance on the ocean to reconsider what seafood means. The meal centers on the world of seaweed, highlighting some of the more than 280 species found across the Netherlands. The evening pairs the dishes with coordinated drinks while drawing inspiration from the mythical sunken city.
