Traditional articulated paper puppets come to life in a hands-on crafting session designed for children aged six and older. Hosted at De Kinderboekwinkel, the workshop teaches young makers how to cut, colour and assemble their own moving figures using split pins and drawstrings. As they build their jumping jacks, participants develop fine motor skills while exploring character design and simple mechanics. Surrounded by shelves of illustrated children's literature, the shop provides an inspiring and creative backdrop for an afternoon of making. Every child leaves with a working toy of their own design to play with at home.
