Join the movement workshop De BewegerIJ at De VerbroederIJ

Trainer Sandra brings years of experience leading these sessions at De VerbroederIJ, adapting the workout so that both regular athletes and those who have not exercised in years can participate. The morning is focused on getting active in the fresh air alongside neighbors rather than achieving athletic milestones. Participants can simply drop by without worrying about their skill level.
