Double Skin / Double Mind, open dance classes

Double Skin / Double Mind is a movement practice developed by choreographers Emio Greco and Pieter C. Scholten. It explores the relationship between instinctive movement and conscious attention to the body. The approach is associated with four movement principles: breathing, jumping, expanding and reducing. These open classes invite participants to investigate the body’s own language and logic through dance.
