Gustav Bengtsson examines image making and AI

An interactive lecture and screening explores how we understand and produce images, touching on critical theory, research contexts, and the use of AI. Led by Swedish video artist, filmmaker, curator, and educator Gustav Bengtsson, the session examines perception and authorship through the camera and the body as active sources of knowledge. Open to those from artistic, academic, or practice-based backgrounds, the workshop provides a space to reflect on and experiment with the ways images communicate.
