Handmade pasta workshop and dinner with Sicilian sauces
Twelve participants shape two regional pasta styles by hand using traditional methods. The workshop concludes with appetizers and shared plates finished with Sicilian sauces you have helped prepare. Learning a practical skill with your hands, then eating the result, connects you directly to the craft and its flavours.
