Hands on bamboo building and craft workshops at Wereldmuseum

Held in the heart of the museum, these drop-in sessions let participants construct, decorate, and bend bamboo, or simply relax inside a bamboo tower. Alongside the crafting, attendees can learn about the material through a variety of related facts and myths. The activities are open to anyone from age six and up.At Wereldmuseum Amsterdam, you can immerse yourself in a world of bamboo for eight weeks. Visit the workshop in the heart of the museum. Build, decorate, weave, wave, bend, chill out in the bamboo tower and expand your knowledge with facts and myths; suitable for everyone aged 6 and over.
