Island science and gardening workshops for children at Forteiland Pampus
The ZomerLab invites children aged 6 to 12 to discover how a self-sufficient island functions through hands-on building, testing, and experimenting. Participants engage with food, water, wind, sun, and recycling to learn practical sustainability concepts. The program combines heritage, nature, and eco-friendly practices that earned the site a nomination for the Greenest Museum of the Netherlands 2026. The lab offers free access on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
