Small-group sushi roll workshop in Amsterdam West
In small groups of four, you gather around a home studio counter to learn sushi technique. The workshop covers rice preparation, rolling hosomaki and uramaki with proper Japanese methods. You'll eat what you've made and leave with core skills for making sushi at home.
