Willow sweat lodge ceremony and soup in a food forest
Multiple steam rounds using heated stones and fragrant herbs prepare the body and spirit, followed by a shared communal bowl of warm soup. The ceremony honours traditional practices and creates space for reflection. You will leave feeling both cleansed and nourished in an outdoor forest setting.
