A young team from Cyprus brings the Netherlands' first Cypriot bakery concept to Amsterdam's Oud-West, baking fresh pastries, halloumi and olive bread, pilavuna, and tahini rolls daily alongside specialty coffee and ceremonial matcha imported from Japan. Mediterranean sandwiches feature PDO-certified halloumi on freshly baked Cypriot seeded bread, with vegan-friendly options throughout the menu.
