A Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar in the old catacombs beneath the Beurs van Berlage, with a look inspired by a 19th-century Hong Kong opium house. The omakase-style menu centres on hand-rolled temaki, small plates, oysters and caviar. Dinner is served Tuesday to Sunday from 18.00, and on Fridays and Saturdays DJs play from 21.30 for members and their guests.
