A wine bar in Amsterdam-Noord, founded by Richard Dietz and Roderick Meijer, where the food is chosen to suit the wine rather than the other way round. There are more than 70 wines by the glass and over 800 bottles, which are also sold in the shop next door. Chef Simon van der Minnen cooks seasonal sharing dishes with a local focus, and regular tastings fill the agenda.
