You+ is an EMS training studio at Olympisch Stadion 36 in Amsterdam Zuid, where electrodes in a special EMS suit activate the muscles during 20-minute sessions. Training is tailored to each person's goals and level and is given one-on-one or in pairs, with dry training in a personal Tec-Suit. New clients can book a free trial session that includes an intake, an EMS workout and a follow-up talk about the approach that suits them best.
