Aqua Hero is a swimming school in Amsterdam that teaches adults at every level, from fearful beginners to advanced swimmers. It runs small group classes with no more than 5 students, as well as private one-on-one lessons with a coach, and offers a 15€ try-out class. Students move through a five-step method from a water introduction to a diploma, and each lesson is tracked in the Skillz app, which includes a video library.
