Fans began lining up outside the Ziggo Dome before dawn on Thursday to secure spots for the girl group Katseye. Many dressed in colorful outfits, fluffy boots, and homemade accessories while waiting through cold rain.
Some arrived as early as 5:00 to stand at the front of the VIP queue, performing Katseye dance routines made popular on TikTok. Attendees travelled from various countries to attend, including fans from Spain and Egypt.
Global group down to four members
Katseye was formed through an elimination talent show where viewers voted for their preferred contestants. The final lineup brought together six members, each holding a different nationality, blending upbeat music with K-pop choreography.
The group broke through in 2024 with their second single, Touch, and appeared earlier this year at the Coachella festival in the United States.
Only four of the six members appeared for the Amsterdam performance. Two members were temporarily unavailable, though fans still gathered for the show and scheduled photo opportunities.
