Most guests praise the fascinating live demonstrations, the variety of historical and modern clogs on display, and the extensive souvenir shop with colorful options in all sizes. However, some reviewers mention that the workshop can become crowded and that staff may appear rushed or, at times, less hospitable, leading to mixed experiences with customer service. The attraction remains a unique, hands-on cultural highlight despite these occasional drawbacks.
