Holland America Line has opened bookings for its 2028 European sailing schedule, announcing plans for its highest number of port calls across the continent in nearly a decade.
The expanded program includes a record number of visits to ports in Norway, Spain, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
Broader range of European itineraries
The upcoming season will run continuously from January through December 2028, featuring voyages that span from seven to 48 days.
Mediterranean routes will operate out of six homeports, with itineraries lasting between seven and 11 days.
The schedule marks the return of the ship Nieuw Amsterdam to European waters for the first time in over ten years.
Northern Europe and Atlantic sailings
In Northern Europe, ships including the Rotterdam, Nieuw Statendam, and Zuiderdam will operate voyages ranging from seven to 28 days.
These itineraries focus on destinations across Norway, Iceland, Greenland, the British Isles, and the Baltic region.
The cruise line is also scheduling visits to the Canary Islands, paired with port stops in Portugal, Spain, and Morocco.
