Railway maintenance work is reducing train traffic between Amsterdam and several nearby cities this weekend.
Fewer trains are able to run between Weesp and Amsterdam Centraal or Schiphol Airport, as well as between Hilversum and Amsterdam Centraal or Schiphol Airport.
Intercity cancellations and travel advice
Due to the track work, Intercity trains between Amsterdam Centraal and Hilversum, as well as between Amsterdam Centraal and Almere Centrum, cannot run until Monday.
Travellers facing disrupted routes are being advised to travel via Utrecht Centraal.
The engineering works are scheduled to continue until Monday morning at 01:15, after which the normal train timetable will resume.
