Danish pianist Agnes Obel plays open air at Amsterdamse Bostheater
The Danish singer-songwriter achieved international recognition with her debut album Philharmonics after being discovered in a Hamburg bar by the owner of a Belgian record label. Since then, her catalog has expanded with releases including Aventine, Citizen of Glass, and Myopia, which weave elements of jazz and alternative pop into her sound. Scheduled across two sold out evenings on Thursday, August 27 and Friday, August 28, the performances at the Amsterdamse Bostheater begin at 18:00.
