Dennis Huwaë has renamed Edel by Dennis to Brons, next to Het Sieraad in West. It is a coffee bar, lunch room and cafe all in one, with a sunny terrace, and it also hosts events ranging from drinks with bites to full dinners. Huwaë, the starred chef of Restaurant Daalder, leads the kitchen.
