Island dinner and sailing evening at Fortress Island Pampus
The evening begins with a sunset boat trip across the IJmeer to the historic island, a nominee for the Greenest Museum of the Netherlands 2026. Guests can settle on the grass, along the jetty, or on a terrace to enjoy aperitifs, island snacks, and wine or beer with views across the water. Later in the evening, the meal moves indoors for a seated main course and dessert.
