An all-day ice cream and wine salon on Waterlooplein, serving craft ice cream and natural and organic wines alongside morning coffee and lunch. Hospitality entrepreneur Kirsi Rautiainen started it with Dominique, a sommelier who lives in the neighbourhood, after many tastings pairing the two. It is part of Amstel 1, the redeveloped ground floor of the Stopera, with a large central bar and a sunny covered terrace.
