A café for coffee, lunch and drinks in A Lab, the handsome former Shell laboratory building at Overhoeks. The kitchen cooks with the seasons, using fresh produce from suppliers it knows, and makes many things itself, including drinks, pickles and ferments. Open on weekdays from 8:30 to 17:00.
