This restaurant sits on the NDSM wharf in Noord, in a former industrial building with high ceilings, large windows and views over the IJ. In the open kitchen, a team led by Peruvian chef Christian Motte cooks seasonal European produce with South American techniques. The dishes are for sharing and include ceviche of the day, steak tartare and mushroom risotto.
