A restaurant on the Amstelstraat in the city centre that turns into a club as the night goes on. Chef Alessandro Ledda cooks Nikkei food, a mix of Peruvian and Japanese traditions that includes sushi, ceviche and tiraditos, and there is a long cocktail list. Around 11.30 pm the music gets louder and dinner gives way to dancing, until 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
