Climbing the steep medieval tower of Oude Kerk

Standing at 67 metres tall, the Oudekerkstoren is the oldest viewpoint in the city and contains the final remains of the early beginnings of Amsterdam. The climb involves 155 steps up steep staircases and through narrow spaces, reaching the full height of 67 metres. Visitors need a good level of physical fitness, suitable shoes, and a minimum height of 1.20 metres.
