The business first established itself in Bos en Lommer with its shop on Admiraal de Ruijterweg, bringing a dedicated wine space to the neighborhood.
Expanding wine and cheese concepts
In 2021, the West location expanded its concept by adding Kaasbuur West, an in-house cheese and delicatessen shop that provides specific food and wine pairings on site.
Later that same year, Bureau Wijn opened a second branch in Amsterdam Oost on the Eerste van Swindenstraat near the Dappermarkt.
Events and local membership
Both locations host regular monthly tasting sessions designed to help customers explore different flavor profiles and pairing options.
Alongside the physical shops, the business operates the Bureau Wijn Club, a flexible monthly membership scheme that offers curated bottles and direct updates on upcoming neighborhood events.
