From the people behind Collins and Little Collins, this Italian-influenced restaurant and bar is a few doors down from Little Collins in De Pijp. The loosely Italian menu is based on what they can get here and now, served with characterful wines from a small group of suppliers, plus cocktails and espresso. Dinner is Wednesday to Saturday from 17:30, and walk-ins are welcome.
