This bakery and deli from De Pijp, founded by French pastry chef Alexandre Scour, now has a second branch in the centre, on Spui. In the mornings it bakes croissants and other viennoiserie in-house, and in the afternoons it makes sandwiches such as a chicken katsu sandwich and a lobster roll, along with specialty coffee and matcha drinks. It is open every day from 09:00 to 18:00.
