This neighbourhood bakery made its name on Bilderdijkstraat in Oud-West, where its sourdough bread draws queues. It has now added two more spots: a takeaway counter on Wittenkade near Westerpark and a bakery on Nicolaas Berchemstraat in De Pijp. Expect oven-fresh baking and specialty coffee, good for a quick sandwich or a slow morning.
