A modern Indonesian brasserie on the Ruysdaelkade in De Pijp, giving classic dishes a fresh take, from the kitchens of Java to the coastal cooking of Sulawesi. Its name comes from the Javanese word for house and means their house, and the idea is to welcome guests like family. A favourite of ours is terong pedas tegal, a fried dish with spicy sambal.
