Sunny conditions are set to continue across the Netherlands over the coming days as winds shift to the east, bringing drier air and rising temperatures.
After a cool weekend with northerly winds and coastal showers, Monday will see plenty of sunshine nationwide, with daytime highs between 21 and 24 degrees following a chilly night of 6 to 8 degrees inland.
Tuesday will become slightly warmer, reaching between 23 and 25 degrees across most regions, though the southeast faces more cloud cover and a few showers.

Wednesday is forecast to remain largely dry with temperatures between 24 and 26 degrees, though the chance of rain will begin to increase later in the day.
Thursday is expected to be the warmest day of the week, with temperatures reaching 25 to 28 degrees ahead of arriving storm systems.
Substantial energy in the atmosphere means heavy showers with a high probability of thunderstorms, hail, and severe wind gusts are likely to clear out the heat on Thursday and Friday.
Temperatures will settle around 21 degrees for the final weekend of the meteorological summer, accompanied by occasional sunshine and a strong chance of rain.
